Steak 'N' Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients: 

  • 4 tsp. oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced 
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb. ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 - 12 inch bread loaf ( pref. Italian or French)
  • Provolone Cheese
  • salt, garlic and pepper to taste


Procedure:

  1. Preheat griddle and add half of oil
  2. Cook veggies for 6 minutes on medium to medium-high heat
  3. Add meat and combine with veggies
  4. Chop mixture, take off of heat and set to the side
  5. Top with cheese and bread to set
  6. Scoop in bread and devour!
