Steak Sammich
Steak 'N' Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 4 tsp. oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb. ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 - 12 inch bread loaf ( pref. Italian or French)
- Provolone Cheese
- salt, garlic and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Preheat griddle and add half of oil
- Cook veggies for 6 minutes on medium to medium-high heat
- Add meat and combine with veggies
- Chop mixture, take off of heat and set to the side
- Top with cheese and bread to set
- Scoop in bread and devour!
