Ribeye Steak
Char-Broiled Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks, 1-1 1/2 in thick
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- fresh sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Procedure:
- Season both sides of meat with salt and pepper
- Let meat rest at room temperature for 30 minutes
- Preheat grill (gas or charcoal)
- Place steaks on grill over high heat; broil for 9 minutes
- Turn, combine herbs and butter and baste steak.
- Broil for another 9 minutes.
- Transfer to cutting board and cover to let rest for 10 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy.
**Chef's Note** Always let your meat rest before slicing/serving to let juices redistribute.
