Char-Broiled Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks, 1-1 1/2 in thick
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • fresh sprigs of rosemary, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper



Procedure:

  1. Season both sides of meat with salt and pepper
  2. Let meat rest at room temperature for 30 minutes
  3. Preheat grill (gas or charcoal)
  4. Place steaks on grill over high heat; broil for 9 minutes
  5. Turn, combine herbs and butter and baste steak.
  6. Broil for another 9 minutes.
  7. Transfer to cutting board and cover to let rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve and Enjoy.


**Chef's Note** Always let your meat rest before slicing/serving to let juices redistribute.
