BSBW provides a marketplace for artists to sell their original artwork and for buyers to purchase such artwork. We do not own or produce any of the artwork sold on our website. Instead, we provide a platform for artists to showcase and sell their work, and for buyers to browse and purchase such work.

Age Restriction

You must be 13 years of age or older to use BSBW. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

User Conduct

You agree to use BSBW in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, BSBW by any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, the posting of any defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material, or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

The artists retain ownership of the copyrights in their artwork. By purchasing an artwork, you acquire only the right to display the artwork in your home or office, and do not acquire any reproduction rights or any other rights to use the artwork for any commercial purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

BSBW provides the website and the services “as is” and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the website.

BSBW will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of BSBW, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Termination of Service

BSBW reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the website, with or without notice and with or without cause.

Changes to the TOS

BSBW reserves the right to make changes to the TOS at any time. Your continued use of BSBW after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new TOS.

Governing Law

The TOS and any disputes arising out of or related to the TOS or BSBW will be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
