Green Bean Casserole

Serves: 6

Preparation:

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 lb. of fresh green beans
  • 1 can crispy fried onions

Ingredients:

  1. Rinse and trim green beans
  2. Heat oven to 375 F.
  3. Mix soup, milk and pepper in 2-quart casserole or square baking dish.
  4. Stir in beans.
  5. Sprinkle with onions.
  6. Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes or until hot in the center.
