Super Moist Cornbread

This is my recipe for super sweet and moist cornbread for cornbread stuffing. Perfect for Thanksgiving or anytime really.

Ingredients:

  • 1 half-cup of unbleached flour

  • 1 half-cup yellow cornmeal

  • 4 tbsp white sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 half tsp table salt

  • 1 half-cup plus 2 tbsp veggie oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1 cup sour cream

Preparation:

  1. Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl

  2. Add eggs, milk, sour cream, and vegetable oil

  3. Mix all ingredients together

  4. Pour into a greased 9x9 dish

  5. Bake in a preheated 400F degree oven for 25-30 minutes, until toothpick, comes out clean
