LNBS (Late Night Breakfast Sammich)

This is a quick-fix "meal" that you can prepare with minimal time and ingredients already on hand. Just reheat the essentials and cook your egg to your liking.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked grits
- 4 bacon slices
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice cheese of your choice
- 1 burger bun or two slices of bread
- syrup
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- While you reheat the grits and bacon, prep your bread to your liking (ie. toast or spread with condiment)
- Cook eggs either scrambled or sunny-side up
- Top egg with cheese
- From the bottom up build sandwich
- Bacon first, followed by eggs and cheese, topped with grits and syrup
- S&P to taste
