Super Moist Cornbread
This is my recipe for super sweet and moist cornbread for cornbread stuffing. Perfect for Thanksgiving or anytime really.
Ingredients:
1 half-cup of unbleached flour
1 half-cup yellow cornmeal
4 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 half tsp table salt
1 half-cup plus 2 tbsp veggie oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
Preparation:
Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl
Add eggs, milk, sour cream, and vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into a greased 9x9 dish
Bake in a preheated 400F degree oven for 25-30 minutes, until toothpick, comes out clean
