Hot Wing Chxn Dip

**NOTE** 
Can be prepared in the microwave if needed, prepare as instructed, and cook for 6 minutes in a microwave-safe dish.



Ingredients


  • 2 cans of cooked chicken or 1lb. of cooked chicken

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese for the dip and 1/2 cup for topping

  • 1/2 cup wing sauce or favorite hot sauce

  • 1/4 cup gorgonzola crumbles (bleu cheese if you prefer)

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

  • 1 celery stalk, sliced on a bias for garnish


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees

  2. Combine ranch dressing, cheese crumbles, and hot sauce in a medium-sized bowl

  3. Add cheeses and mix until combined

  4. Add the chicken and mix thoroughly combined

  5. Grease an oven-proof dish and pour the mixture in

  6. Top with half-cup of cheese

  7. Bake for 20 mins

  8. Remove from oven (be careful it's HOT!!!) and garnish with celery and splashes of sauce
