Bone-In Pork Butt (Shoulder)

Ingredients:
- 1 whole bone-in (6 to 10 pounds) pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- rosemary sprigs (1-2)
- Preheat oven to 450 F degrees
- Make a few slits in the meat on all sides, pour vinegar over and message in the meat.
- Rub seasonings all over the meat to coat well, place on a wire rack with the fat side up, and apply rosemary and press into meat.
- Roast at 450 F degrees for thirty minutes, then decrease heat to 275 F degrees and cook for 4 1/2 - 5 hours. Increase heat to 325 F degrees and cook for remaining few hours until meat registers 165 F degree internal temperature.
- Let rest for 10-15 minutes before pulling apart/ shredding.
