Roast Pork Loin

         Rosemary Pork Loin

Serves: 6


Ingredients:
  • 2 -3 lb. boneless pork loin
  • 1 white onion (sliced thin)
  • 2-3 sprigs of thyme
  • 2-3 sprigs of Rosemary
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Oil for rub
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F
  2. Add sliced onions to roasting pan
  3. Pour vinegar over onions, add thyme
  4. Rub pork with oil and seasoning and top with Rosemary 
  5. Place on top of bed of onions and roast until just brown
  6. Turn heat down to 350 degree F and cook for another hour or so until thermometer reads 165 F
  7. Let rest for ten minutes before slicing
  8. Serve with your favorite sides
