LNBS (Late Night Breakfast Sammich)

            Breakfast Sandwich

This is a quick-fix "meal" that you can prepare with minimal time and ingredients already on hand. Just reheat the essentials and cook your egg to your liking.


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of cooked grits
  • 4 bacon slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice cheese of your choice
  • 1 burger bun or two slices of bread
  • syrup
  • salt and pepper

Directions:
  1. While you reheat the grits and bacon, prep your bread to your liking (ie. toast or spread with condiment)
  2. Cook eggs either scrambled or sunny-side up
  3. Top egg with cheese
  4. From the bottom up build sandwich
  5. Bacon first, followed by eggs and cheese, topped with grits and syrup
  6. S&P to taste
