Mario's Meatballs

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground meat (preferably 3 parts beef, pork, veal) but use what you have
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg (tip:1 egg for every pound of meat)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Line a baking sheet with foil and use a wire rack for cooking
- Combine all ingredients
- Use hands to mix until all ingredients are incorporated
- Form into 3 ounce balls if you have a scale or golf ball size if you don't
- Place balls on wire rack and bake for 50 mins to 1 hour
