Griddled Meat Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 6 oz. ground beef
- 3 slices of cheese (your choice)
- 1 hamburger bun
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- toppings and condiments (optional)
Preparation:
- Form 2 ounces of meat into a small circle puck, three times and season top side with salt and pepper
- Heat skillet to high heat
- Butter bun and add to pan when hot, toast buns and set to side
- Add first meat puck to skillet, let cook on first side for 1 minute
- Flip puck over and smash with spatula, season this side and cook for 1 minute
- Flip and top with cheese, cook for another minute and transfer to paper towel to drain oil/grease
- Repeat until done and assemble
